=HUSTEP (Hokkaido University Short-Term Exchange Program) 2016-2017=
Period:
1. Late September, 2016-around August 10, 2017 (11 months)
2. Late September, 2016 – Mid. February, 2017 (5 months)
Eligibility :
1. undergraduate student who has completed at least two years of study at the home institution
2. have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent
3. be proficient in English (minimum score of TOEFL iBT 79 or IELTS 6.5)
Application procedures :
1. submit all application documents in a green plastic folder to DITMAWA by 5 February 2016
2. interview session will be announced between 9-11 February 2016
3. application documents will be sent to Hokkaido University by 12 February 2016

3. Recommendation Letter
4. Academic transcript (in English) – can be obtained at Dit.AP
5. Language proficiency test result (TOEFL or IELTS)
